LegalX India was born out of a simple observation: starting and running a business in India is unnecessarily complicated. From company registration to GST filing, from trademark protection to annual compliance — each step involves a maze of government portals, paperwork, and professional fees that most first-time entrepreneurs cannot navigate alone.
In 2014, our founders — a team of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and technology professionals — decided to change that.
