We file trademarks through the Trade Marks Registry at Chennai, which covers Karnataka, secure FSSAI and MSME registrations, and keep companies compliant through every AOC-4, MGT-7 and DIR-3 KYC deadline.
Each service below has its own Bengaluru page with local process details, fees, documents and timelines, so you know exactly what happens before you pay.
ROC Bengaluru is the single registrar for the whole of Karnataka, so a registered office anywhere from Indiranagar to Nelamangala or Hoskote files with the same office, and the company carries the state code KA in its CIN. The MCA restructuring that commenced on 16 February 2026 left that territory untouched, but it did move the Regional Director: Karnataka now sits in the South-Western Region Directorate, headquartered at Bengaluru and covering Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep, in the same Kendriya Sadana building in Koramangala as the registrar. Until 15 February 2026 those matters went to the Regional Director at Hyderabad, which is why older guidance still sends Karnataka companies there. Company and insolvency matters are heard by the NCLT Bengaluru bench, whose territorial jurisdiction is the state of Karnataka, and the Karnataka High Court has its principal seat here in Bengaluru.
GST applications carry Karnataka state code 29 and are assigned to a state officer under the Karnataka Commercial Taxes Department or a central officer under CGST. Trademarks are administered through the Trade Marks Registry at Chennai, which covers Karnataka, and the office that takes your application is fixed by your principal place of business in India. Establishments register under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act 1961 through the labour department portal e-Karmika. Municipal licensing is the layer that changed: BBMP ceased to exist on 2 September 2025 under the Greater Bengaluru Governance Act 2024, Karnataka Act 36 of 2025, and the area is now divided among five Bengaluru city corporations, so a trade licence application is addressed to the Commissioner of the corporation your premises fall in. Electronic City Phases I, II and III are an industrial township run by ELCITA rather than an ordinary corporation ward, and addresses on the fringes can still fall inside a corporation, so we check the address before we file. We route every application to the right authority the first time.
| Service | Starting Price | Typical Timeline |

Professional fees shown. Government fees and Karnataka stamp duty, where they apply, are billed at actuals with no markup.
Our clients run product and software teams in Koramangala, HSR Layout and Indiranagar, IT services and captive units in Whitefield and Electronic City, manufacturers in Peenya, Bommasandra and Jigani, traders in Chickpet, and family businesses in Jayanagar, Basavanagudi and Malleshwaram. Because filings happen online, the neighbourhood never slows the paperwork. It only decides which of the five Bengaluru city corporations your premises answer to, or in Electronic City whether ELCITA takes the place of a corporation, and we handle that mapping for you.

Every service runs fully online. The office is here when you want a face to face conversation before you start.
ROC Bengaluru, which the MCA also writes as ROC Bangalore. One registrar serves the entire state of Karnataka, and the MCA restructuring that commenced on 16 February 2026 left that territory untouched, so every registered office in the state files with the same registrar, whether it sits in Koramangala, Whitefield, Electronic City or a town outside the city. A Karnataka company carries the state code KA in its CIN, and MCA filings are made online.
Yes. Our Bengaluru office is at 12th Cross, Kanak Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka 560032. The entire process runs online, so most clients never need to visit. Walk in only if you prefer to sit with an expert in person.
A clean application with matching address proof and no query moves quickly, but the timing sits with the officer who takes the file, so we give you a realistic date once we see your documents rather than a promise up front. Karnataka registrations carry state code 29 and are assigned to either a state officer under the Karnataka Commercial Taxes Department or a central officer under CGST. Officers sometimes verify the principal place of business before approval.
Establishments register under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act 1961, and the application runs through the labour department portal e-Karmika. There is no employee threshold, so a shop with no staff registers too, and the application is due within thirty days of the day the establishment starts work. The certificate runs for five years and has to be renewed before it expires. Separately, a trade licence for many activities is granted by the Commissioner of the Bengaluru city corporation your premises fall in, one of the five that replaced BBMP on 2 September 2025. We confirm which of these apply to your activity before filing anything.
Yes, under the Karnataka Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act 1976. The entity takes an enrolment certificate for its own liability of Rs 2,500 a year, due by 30 April. Karnataka has no company director entry in its schedule, so whether a director also needs a separate enrolment turns on how that director is paid and what else they do, and we check each one rather than enrolling everyone by default. As an employer you additionally take a registration certificate and deduct professional tax for every employee whose monthly salary is Rs 25,000 and above, a threshold that has applied since 1 April 2023. Since 1 April 2025 the deduction is Rs 200 a month for eleven months and Rs 300 for February, Rs 2,500 across the year. We handle both alongside your other registrations.
No. Company registration, GST, trademark, MSME and almost every other service here is filed online. The rare exceptions are physical verifications that officers conduct at your premises, and document registrations at a sub registrar office for certain deeds.
