Everything a company needs from its first day to its yearly filings. We register private limited companies, LLPs, one person companies and partnerships. We handle GST registration and returns, income tax and TDS filings, and Maharashtra professional tax, both PTEC and PTRC. We file trademarks with the registry whose head office sits in Mumbai, secure FSSAI and MSME registrations, and keep companies compliant through every AOC-4, MGT-7 and DIR-3 KYC deadline.
Each service below has its own Mumbai page with local process details, fees, documents and timelines, so you know exactly what happens before you pay.
Since 16 February 2026, Mumbai company matters split between two registrars. A registered office in Mumbai City or Mumbai Suburban district sits with ROC Mumbai-I. Thane, Palghar and Raigad, which take in Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Bhiwandi, Vasai Virar, Mira Bhayandar and Panvel, sit with ROC Mumbai-II at Navi Mumbai. Most older guides still describe a single ROC Mumbai, and filings addressed on that assumption go to the wrong office.
GST applications carry Maharashtra state code 27 and are assigned to a state officer under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Department or a central officer in the Mumbai zone. Trademarks are administered through the Trade Marks Registry whose head office is in Mumbai. Shops take their Gumasta registration through the municipal corporation, and trades listed in Schedule M need a separate section 394 licence. We route every application to the right authority the first time.
Our clients run finance and media firms in BKC and Lower Parel, exporters and IT companies in Andheri East and SEEPZ, jewellers in Zaveri Bazaar, warehouses in Bhiwandi, tech teams in Powai and manufacturers in Thane and Navi Mumbai. Because filings happen online, the neighbourhood never slows the paperwork. It only decides which registrar, municipal corporation or tax office your business answers to, and we handle that mapping for you.

Every service runs fully online. The office is here when you want a face to face conversation before you start.
Since 16 February 2026 there are two. A registered office in Mumbai City or Mumbai Suburban district files with ROC Mumbai-I. An office in Thane, Palghar or Raigad, which covers Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Bhiwandi, Vasai Virar and Panvel, files with ROC Mumbai-II at Navi Mumbai. We route every filing to the correct registrar.
Yes. Our Mumbai office is on the second floor of Haware Fantasia Business Park, Sector 30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703. The entire process runs online, so most clients never need to visit. Walk in only if you prefer to sit with an expert in person.
Most clean applications clear in 3 to 7 working days. Maharashtra registrations carry state code 27 and are assigned to either a state officer under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Department or a central officer in the Mumbai zone. Officers sometimes verify the principal place of business before approval.
Mumbai has two separate instruments and many businesses need both. The Gumasta, formally registration under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act 2017, applies to shops and establishments. A separate licence under section 394 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act covers trades and storages listed in Schedule M. Both are administered within the municipal corporation by different departments.
Yes, and Maharashtra uses two certificates under its 1975 Act. Every business and each director takes a PTEC for its own liability of Rs 2,500 a year, and an employer additionally needs a PTRC to deduct and deposit the tax from salaries. Both run through mahagst.gov.in, and we handle both alongside your other registrations.
No. Company registration, GST, trademark, MSME and almost every other service here is filed online. The rare exceptions are physical verifications that officers conduct at your premises, and document registrations at a sub registrar office for certain deeds.
